The following Mandatory documentation is required to be submitted with your application.
Please ensure you have them available when you proceed to the apply now button below:
- Current copy of Incorporation showing Named Director(s) and registered address.
- Current utility bill as evidence of the permanence of the registered corporate address. If the actual place of business is different from the registered address, a current utility bill is required for the second address.
- Last three months of processing statements and business bank statements.
- Copy of the Domain Name Registry confirming ownership of the website(s). If the ownership name listed is not a named Director or the corporation itself, then a clear and legible notarized copy of proof of ownership is required. If site is owned by an individual, a clear and legible copy of the owner’s identity document (with picture) is also required.
- A clear and legible color copy of the Directors Driver’s License or Passport is required.
- A voided business check where settlement funds are to be deposited.
- Copy of any applicable license required in order to support your products and/or services. (If Applicable).
- Merchant must make sure that all the pages on their website loads quickly and display their Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Term & Conditions, and other relevant policies need to be clearly visible. this includes contact phone numbers on headers and footers, contact emails also on headers and footers.
- If calls go to a voice mail, have a message identifying the name of your company and when customers can expect a call back.
